Unlike a traditional workout, this practice blends movement, breath, and awareness to shift both physical and emotional energy. Every exercise is linked to a specific chakra, so you’re not only building strength and flexibility — you’re also clearing blockages, releasing stress, and activating your natural life force.
This workout is your invitation to move with intention, recharge your energy system, and feel the difference both inside and out!
The class is built of 7 blocks with different movement and music to connect to specific energy:
Block 1 — ROOT
Rooted grounding music to feel stable and safe. Leg workout.
Block 2 — SACRAL
Flowing hip movement to unlock creativity and emotions. Hip strength.
Block 3 — SOLAR PLEXUS
Core activation to ignite confidence and inner power.
Block 4 — HEART
Heart-opening stretches to expand love and connection.
Block 5 — THROAT
Dynamic breath work, stretch, and sing-along for your throat.
Block 6 & 7 — THIRD EYE / CROWN
Meditation, breath, and stillness to expand intuition and connection.
Energy Journey Class is a well designed workout for the body with a mix of strength, dance and parts to listen inwards! Each block helps to release energies from the body — super nice feeling afterwards.
This has been something new and fun for me to experience. It’s an amazing class with a combination between movement and energy that gives me a happy face after each class. I really wish everybody can go to this kind of class.
Fit or not fit, these movements just strengthen your energy from the inside — which is what the class is built from. The chakras just keep growing every time you understand it a bit more with each class. It’s a unique way to learn about the energy we are created from. I go from the class filled with love and energy in my soul.

Our Founder
Tania Ginard
My name is Tania Ginard, and my journey with movement began when I started teaching fitness classes at 18. Over the years, I expanded my work into group training, coaching, healing, and Zumba Fitness — exploring how the body, mind, and energy are deeply connected.
My passion for movement has taken me around the world, but through my own healing journey I felt called to create something deeper.
I wanted to design an experience where you can truly connect with yourself — not only by sitting still in meditation, and not only through dance, but by finding the balance between all the different energies within us.
Each energy needs its own rhythm and intention. When I combined this understanding with the wisdom of the chakra system, a new path revealed itself: Energy Journey Class — a guided experience through seven unique energies, each designed to help you release, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself.
